Delivery, Returns & Refunds
SHIPPING:
Our swimwear and prêt-à-porter collection shipping takes between 3-5 days for territorial Spain, Portugal and Balearic Islands. Rest of Europe: 5-8 days.
For our pre-order party dresses collection, the shipping times are: 3-5 working days for territorial Spain, Portugal, and Balearic Islands. Rest of Europe: 4-7 working days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges from countries outside the European Economic Community. All purchases made from any territory outside the European Economic Community will be final.
Inside the Economic European Community:
Once your order is delivered, you have 14 natural days (from the day that you receive the order) to make a return or exchange. For returns, please contact us through the Whatsapp icon on our website or send an email expressing your desire to return your purchase with your order number at hello@metanoia-apparel.com. You have 3 options:
-Send the package to the following address: Alejandra Raventós (Metanoia) - Calle Fernando VI, 11- 4A, 28004, Madrid.
-If you're in Madrid, you can leave it at our offices, prior notice (contact us for address)
-We can send you a returning post label (has a cost of 4,90€ that will be deducted from the total reimbursement). It needs no printing.
For the return or exchange to be eligible, the product must be in perfect condition, with the hygienic sticker in the case of swimwear and all labels on, including the security tag in the case of party dresses.
For size exchanges, please buy the new size that you wish to have as a separate new order and return the previous one for a reimbursement. We do not manage exchanges, only new orders.
